Dear Nazir,  I took your 13 day Imperial Rajasthan Tour with my sister on September 18, 2016.   I meant to email earlier to tell you how highly we think of your Explore India organization.  We had the BEST time.   We wanted you to know that we appreciated all your assistance in arranging the trip.  We were impressed by the service we received prior to our departure and during our trip. Your assistant Mandira was very helpful with advice and the material your company provides was invaluable in helping us with our planning. Once we got to India, we were well taken care of from the moment we arrived in Delhi.  Our tour guide, Sundeep Singh, was excellent.  We were a small group but he took the time to accommodate requests and ensure that everyone was happy.  He was extremely knowledgeable about India.  The history that he was able to provide at the different sites was great.  He also ensured that we had the best "photo" moments, made recommendations for food (the chai tea at the market and the samosas at the rest stop were delicious!), taught us a few Hindi words and gave us (primarily the ladies on our tour) sufficient time to shop.  There are some truly spectacular places to visit in India and this tour was definitely able to showcase them.  We loved the extras that were included and that made this trip truly special.  The accommodations were all 5 star but I loved that we stayed in some unique places like the tents in the Green Resort in Pushkar.   Thank you again for everything.

Yes we are home it was a wonderful holiday Nazir. I think I would have liked longer now that I see what the country is like. The people we met on the tour were lovely and all of the Indian people charming and gracious, so pleased to have us as tourists in their country. Our bus drivers were amazing what a job! and Sandeep did his job with ease and humour, a very knowledgeable young man. Thanks to your team.

Hello Nazir, It has been a week since our return from Impressions of India trip. We are slowly getting over our jet lag. I still find myself going to the gym at 4 o'clock in the morning (and not minding it).  This was my second time in India. The first time was in 1976 when I backpacked through large parts of India for about 5-6 weeks and then returned back again about a month later for four more months to do some work out of Mumbai. I often had a week or two off, which I used to travel further through India. First of all, I must comment on the excellent service that Sandeep has provided to our group. As I have discovered, all twenty-two participants are a well-travelled bunch. From my own perspective, Sandeep was the best guide of any we have ever had, anywhere. I would gladly go on another tour of India under his guidance again. Maybe Kerala one day. We have seen wonderful historical sites, forts and palaces, seen a tiger, experienced Diwali in Varanasi, etc. The hotels chosen by EI were excellent, the food was delicious and travel by bus was very comfortable. We will treasure our memories of India forever and will definitely recommend your company to our friends and relatives. Thank you and Namaste,

Hi Nazir, Sorry, it has taken me so long to reply, we really felt the jet-lag on our return! We were very happy with our experiences with Explore India.  It was a fantastic trip, we learned a lot and had a lot of fun with our fellow travellers. We started the trip with an extension to Nepal.  Our guide, Bikash, was a very caring man.  When he found out it was our anniversary he had the hotel deliver a cake to our room.  Bikash was also very supportive of one of the members of our tour who had unfortunately picked the wrong visa for India (single entry) and could not get on the plane with us to return to India.  Bikash actually purchased his new plane ticket because the ATM's would not work for our fellow traveller. The sites of Nepal were amazing, in particular, the cremations on the river and when we toured a local village we actually got to go into a local school - this was very exciting because 6 of the 7 tourists were former teachers!
The tour of India was really complete due to the amazing knowledge of our guide, Sundeep.  Sundeep was an excellent story teller and helped weave an amazing knowledge of India, its history and the present day conditions. We were fortunate to be able to participate in many Diwali celebrations, especially in Varanasi where we saw some amazing sites.  We would recommend Explore India for any of our friends.  The hotel accommodations were all terrific, the tours went smoothly and we were always supported by our guides.  It was an amazing experience and one we will cherish forever. Thank you

I am finally catching up a bit after my wonderful holiday. I wanted to comment on the excellent care that we experienced through your company. Everything went very smoothly.   Each step of the way we were greeted and thoughtfully escorted through our itinerary. All of the guides were good but the guides in Jaipur, Agra and Varanasi were outstanding as they shared not only the history of the places that we were seeing but also helped us to understand some of their own worldview and cultures.  The itinerary was very good and did show us a variety of the facets of India.   Our guide in Delhi arranged for us to go to the Lodhi Park and that was a real bonus. We both missed being able to walk freely when not on a tour due both to the traffic and to the insistence of men wanting to take us shopping in their rickshaws and cabs-- so that park was a delight.   Varanasi was the highlight for both of us! We enjoyed the home meal that we had in Jaipur as it gave us a glimpse of the women's lives. So much to learn about a very different culture!   I would definitely recommend Explore India to other travelers.

Nazir Susan and I would like to say what a great job our tour manager Yajur did on the Explore India tour we just completed. His knowledge of India’s history and the forts and temples and cities et al that we visited and his ability to communicate that knowledge was terrific. His ability to deal with tour issues outstanding. His assistant Rouf had to leave mid-tour due to his father’s cancer and Yajur carried on with no impact on the group. Yajur minimized the impact to the group of the government’s demonetization of the INR500 and INR1000 notes. Mostly he convinced restaurants and vendors to accept the old bills.  Finally in Agra some of us we able to exchange INR2000 old for new. I had a medical emergency where he provided excellent service – taking me to the hospital, dealing with language barriers at the hospital and purchasing for me needed supplies.  I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate his efforts.   The entire tour was an amazing experience. Thanks,

Dear Nasir,   Starting off with that amazing dinner with you at Veda this is the most fabulous trip I have ever taken, and I have been on many a great trip around the world.    I would be hard-pressed to pick a favourite, although Darjeeling was special.  Even seeing the Taj Mahal in the fog didn’t take away from its incredible beauty. The Golden temple at Amritsar was fascinating.  Dirty as Varanasi was it was still intriguing. At Ranthanbore we saw a tiger within 25 minutes.  Many people had been there 3 days without a sighting.  Rajahstan was so very interesting. So many things to do and see including getting rid of our (black money). We did manage it though.   I would really like to commend our driver Sunil.  He was always there for us and always helpful. (You should give him a raise!!!)  Khalid in Delhi did his utmost to see that our trip went as smoothly as possible and Mukund was an excellent guide. (Give them all raises!!!)   I have just been talking to Helen in Scotland & we both agree that we would love to come back.

We just returned today from our wonderful trip to India. We did so many different things on our trip, and they were all very interesting.  We learned a lot about India, and have a better appreciation of India than before.   The scenery in Darjeeling was one of the highlights.   Sandeep Singh was excellent as our guide. All of his talks were always very interesting, and with a little humor thrown in as well. I don't thing anyone could have done a better job. We really appreciate the effort he made to make our trip enjoyable. He deserves a 10!   Our guide in Darjeeling was also excellent and also deserves a 10! He was very friendly, informative and interesting to listen to. We cannot think of any negatives things on this trip at all.....it could not have been better.   We would certainly highly recommend this tour to others.

We want to thank you for a truly wonderful trip. It exceeded all our expectations. The itinerary was fantastic, our guide Azur (The spelling of his name eludes me) very professional taking care of EVERY detail, the accommodations were incredible, the food was delicious. Superlative adjectives are not enough to describe how great this trip was! We are very experienced travellers and can appreciate the complexity involved in such a voyage. Our guide was obviously very experienced and knowledgeable. He navigated through the trip seamlessly without a hitch, even when India made our 500&1000 bills almost worthless. Words cannot describe how pleased we are that we chose Explore India. We will be passing on the word about your company at every chance we have! Please feel free to pass on our name to anyone who is considering travelling with you.... Warmest regards,

Nazir,   Just back from our trip to India and I wanted to thank you for a wonderful tour. Everything was well organized and went smoothly. I would like to stress to you the exceptional service that we received from our guide Harry. His historical knowledge and love for the culture made the tour. Harry went above and beyond with his service to ensure we gained a clear appreciation of the beautiful sights and sounds. His personal added value experiences were irreplaceable and I thank him for these. Harry is an exceptional guide, Explore India is lucky to have him as he will definitely remain in our hearts. I look forward to travelling with him again.   I will be coming to the Mumbai are in the spring so will keep an eye on your site to see if there are any offerings.   Many thanks,

Namaste Nazir   Thanks for your note. You were certainly right about India being a Trip of a Lifetime and an adventure. We are so glad we went. We saw so many wonderful and awesome sights, and some we would rather not see. We did more adventures for fun, as in our elephant and camel rides, than we could ever imagine doing at home.   Our tour guide, Yujurc, was exceptionally knowledgeable, very patient and always helpful. Our bus driver, Mr. Singh, was amazing to say the least and Surrinder treated us with help and respect and we were always happy to see his very kind smiling face.   India is truly an amazing country with so many diversities and wonders to behold. We would not hesitate to recommend your tour company. We were very well looked after, and we never had to wait for Yujurc to lead us. When he said we were going to go somewhere or do something, that is what we did.   Our flights were long but uneventful. Travel has always been an education for us, never more so than on our trip to India.   Thank you,
