Day 3:
Modern Dubai Tour
After breakfast, meet your guide and travel by air-conditioned vehicle to your first stop: Dubai Marina. Built around a human-made marina, this dazzling residential and shopping neighborhood is home to some of the tallest skyscrapers in the city. Admire the high-rises overlooking the yacht-filled marina, and take in Dubai Marina Walk, the waterfront walkway lined with cosmopolitan restaurants, cafes, and shops. Continue to the Palm Jumeirah, the artificial island jutting into the sea from Jumeirah. Drive around this palm-shaped wonder to see its deluxe villas and hotels and bright green lagoon waters. Next, stroll around the palm-shaded pathways and lanes of the Souk Madinat Jumeirah, an upscale mall designed to echo a traditional Arabian bazaar. Enjoy time to dip into the boutiques, cafes, and gift shops, and then head to Dubai Mall, the world’s largest shopping mall. Complete with more than 1,200 stores, this gigantic complex resembles a miniature city, with a cinema, restaurants, indoor theme parks, and an ice rink. As you explore, see one of its crowning glories: Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo, a giant aquarium that’s home to 140 species of sea life.
Your tour will conclude with drop-off at your hotel, or you may choose to spend time at the mall and make your own way back to the hotel.

Dubai Afternoon Desert Safari
Morning enjoys your breakfast. Spend time at leisure by the hotel swimming pool or try spa treatment at the hotel.
Afternoon, get ready to Shift your Dubai vacation up a gear with an exciting afternoon and evening desert adventure. Leave Dubai by 4×4 with a professional driver, and travel to an area of high, golden dunes. The best time to enjoying a desert safari in the evening; as the sun goes down, the heat of the desert dissipates it becomes cooler and more comfortable. Let Take a drive to the outskirts of the city, and you will discover beautiful red dunes as far as your eyes can see.
A unique experience you will feel Thrill Moments when 4×4 wends its way around the dune, and that is the time to Enjoy the Real Adventure of dune bashing safari drive in the Desert, and you‘ll say do more.
Afterward, arrive at a desert campsite nestled amid the Dubai sand dunes settle inside the camp as the sun sinks below the dunes and plains. Day 6:
Dubai at Leisure
The day is free at leisure to further explore the vibrant city. Travel around in the local metro, explore shopping malls and other easily accessible attractions through public transport to know more about Dubai, or pre-book one of our suggested add-ons.
Add-on – Day trip to Abu Dhabi including Lunch – CAD 275.00 Per person (minimum 2 Pax)
Breakfast. In the morning, pick up at the hotel to go to Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates and the largest of the seven emirates. Once we arrive in Abu Dhabi, our first stop will be the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, one of the world’s largest and most luxurious mosques. Later, we will see the amazing Palaces of the Sheikhs, and we will stop in front of the majestic Emirates Palace hotel for a photoshoot. Then we will make a short journey through the city to better understand the organization and architecture of the capital. We will continue to the Heritage Village, a small open museum that recreates the traditional daily activities of the Arab community before the discovery of oil. From here we will go along the spectacular Corniche, to get a spectacular view of the city skyline. Your tour concludes with an early evening hotel drop-off in Dubai.

At the indicated time, we will leave towards the emirate of Sharjah, the third-largest emirate in the nation and named as “the cultural capital” of the Arab Emirates due to its commitment to art, culture, and heritage. The tour begins with a panoramic view of the renowned Sharjah University inaugurated in 1998; from there, we will go to the “Cultural Roundabout” to take photos of the Mosque. We will stop at the Blue Mall in Sharjah, where they will have the option to haggle their purchases of gold, electronics, etc. Then we will visit the Souq-Al-Masqoof, an old part of the city that was covered and serves as a shopping area. In the end, we will return to the hotel.

Day 7:
Traditional Dubai City Tour
After breakfast, meet your guide aboard a climate-controlled coach and begin your half-day tour of Dubai’s fascinating heritage. En route to Jumeirah Beach Road, you’re introduced to points of interest such as the sail-shaped edifice of Burj Al Arab. Take a photo stop outside the impressive Jumeirah Mosque, another oft-photographed Dubai landmark. Passing through the Zabeel community, note the opulent architecture of the Sheikhs’ royal palaces and snap pics in front of the home of the ruling family.
On arrival in the city’s historical center, meander the cobbled streets of the Al Fahidi Cultural Neighborhood with its traditional architecture featuring wind towers as natural cooling devices. Gain admission to the Dubai Museum, housed in the Al-Fahidi Fort, the city’s oldest building, dates to the late 18th century. See depictions of everyday life while you wander through exhibit galleries on everything from pearl diving and date farms to souks, mosques, and Arab houses predating the discovery of oil in the UAE. With your guide, cross the saltwater tributary of Dubai Creek by water taxi, or abra, to browse the old souks selling spices, gold jewelry, and other traditionally traded goods. Your tour concludes with return transport to your hotel.

Hi Nazir, Just wanted to let you know how much Maggie and I enjoyed our tour. I have to admit that India wasn’t high on my bucket list and that Maggie was the one who was really keen to visit. I’m now a convert and was overwhelmed by the history, culture and the teeming life of the country. The organization of the trip could not be faulted, the quality of hotels exceeded my expectations and our tour guide Rajeev Sharma was the perfect host being informative, entertaining and attentive throughout the visit. Dear Nazir: It was a good tour. No complaints though there are always too many churches/temples for me, but that is just me. A highlight for me was the boating experience on the Ganges, along with the spiritual overtones, cremation and other ceremony further down the river. Our tour guide guy (???) was exceptional, so knowledgeable, a great communicator, respectful and empathetic to our needs at all times. He made the tour for me. The driver and his helper were both very good too. Hotels were great, service and food exceptional. Loved your country, especially the people.

Thank you for enquiring how the trip went. It was an excellent adventure, so many wonderful places and monuments to see. India is a dynamic place to visit. For me, the trip to Jaipur was the highlight! The walls and the palace and the history were incredible. But the elephant ride! Such a thrill for a westerner to be that close to an animal that has been in books and stories we have all been exposed to all of our lives. I would have welcomed more time to spend with those animals when they were at rest and not working. A great opportunity. The air-conditioned bus was a god-send with the high temperatures and humidity at the beginning of October. Our guide was excellent, very knowlegable and personable. Overall, it was a memorable trip. This is not Explore India’s fault, but I would expect you would want to correct this little glitch. I would use Explore again to tour magnificent India! Sincerely, Carolyn Feldinger

Hello Nazir, Thank you for following up with us re: our tour in India. Mike said he spoke with your recently. We had a wonderful time in India. Sandeep was a very knowledgeable and respectful tour guide. The bus drivers were amazing. The food was delicious, with plenty of choice. The accommodation was really excellent, with one exception in Varanasi, however that turned out just fine too. We were well taken care of by everyone involved in the tour. India is an amazing country. Your tour was truly incredible and we would recommend it in a heartbeat. Thank you for being so kind in handling all my questions, concerns, etc. before the trip! After being home for about 3 weeks now, recovered from the incredible jetlag (how do you do it, going back and forth so often??), and having dug myself out from under at the office, I feel I must write to you and thank you for the absolutely wonderful and amazing trip. For me it was a dream come true, having been fascinated with India since I was about 12. It was more, so much more than I ever imagined! The incredible art and opulence of the palaces, the history, the temples, and the people who work so hard and yet are so open and welcoming - you made it all come to life ….. What an incredible place!!! People ask what I liked best about the trip – a question I can’t answer. The Taj Mahal, of course, stands out, but all the special arrangements you made everywhere, the organization of it all, the private gala dinners, the incredible palaces we stayed in, the shikara ride, the special experiences like the Bollywood Movie and Elephant Polo (!), all of it - unforgettable! Not to mention the welcome and attention we received from everyone, from the tour guides to your and Nazir’s family ….. it was all amazing, and I thank you for making India real for me in such a special way J. Sanjay – I look forward to seeing you in our offices soon so that I can make good on that offer for lunch at Nota Bene! All the best, and thank you all again.
